No Nups for Nick n' Jess?

That’s right! America’s smartest business man AND father of the year Joe Simpson evidently allowed our favorite Newlyweds to have and to hold til’ death-do-them-part without signing a pre-nup!  That means Nick is entitled to half of Jess’s reported $35 million in 2005!  But you can’t blame Joe, Nick n’ Jess were most likely scrapping the bottom of the barrel with 98 Degrees royalty checks.  What’s half of $530 a month again?

We're sure all the visitors of So-Thin! (aka our friends - SHOUTOUT HOHO'S!) have been thinking to themselves, "So-Thin.com is amazing and all, but there is just something missing...where's the obligatory Nick and Jessica post?"  Well now So-Thin! is complete.

While Jessica continues to get shitfaced work on her upcoming album, sources tells So-Thin that Nick Lachey has plans of his own - which include a boyband-worthy bachelor pad with buddy and USC quarterback Matt Leinart.  Accordingly, the two have been spending the past two weekends house-hunting in L.A., near the USC campus where Leinart practices and plays.  Though we're not sure where the two plan to buy down there, unless Lachey plans on pledging or the two decide to shack up in some run down student housing, but no matter what we think Lachey will make an excellent addition to the cast of 'Old School 2'. 

I'm sure we'll find the outcome of their hunt in an episode of next season's MTV Cribs.
